New disability gymnastics drop-in classes. Appropriate for children aged from 5 years (or attending school if younger) to 18 years, with a responsible adult supervising during the session.
Coaches will be at stations to support and help guide gymnastics activities.
Book in via ClassForKids and pay online before arrival to secure booking. For safety, a ratio of no more than two children per adult applies.
Classes are held in the Sports Hall at Parklands. On arrival please look for the sign in sheet or ask a coach to register attendance.
All participants who have Down’s syndrome and wish to participate in gymnastics activities (including trampette) are required to be screened for atlanto-axial instability under British Gymnastics guidelines. Please find the Atlanto-Axial Instability information pack here:
