Our Summer Skills Academy is an exciting opportunity for gymnasts and dancers to develop and refine their acrobatic, gymnastics and performance skills in a fun, focused environment. Sessions will include dance-based skills and gymnastics skills such as round offs, back handsprings, flips, somersaults, aerials, leaps and acrobatic elements, along with flexibility and conditioning. This is not a beginner class. Participants must already have good gymnastics or dance foundations, including skills such as cartwheels and handstands, as well as good body awareness and control. The Skills Academy is designed for those ready to build on existing skills and progress towards more advanced work with confidence and technique. A great mix of challenge, progression and fun in a supportive coaching environment.
